Wreck site shows at low water spring tide, approximately 500 metres to the south of Peeks Harbour.

Daniel, N, 2020, Wreck, Charton Bay, below Rousdon Cliffs, Combpyne Rousdon (Correspondence). SDV364206.

Possibly the wreck of the Clemente Auguste - 1866? It was reported wrecked in Charton Bay with a cargo of Sicilian marble? Remnants of which can still be found amongst the rock pools.
