The earthworks are visible on aerial photographs up until 1982, although are not clearly visible after this date and may have been largely levelled.

A possible extraction pit of post- medieval to 19th century date is visible as an earthwork pit and banked feature on aerial photographs of 1947 onwards, to the west of Birch Oak Farm. The earthworks comprise a rectangular shaped pit which measures approximately 57m in length by 20m in width and which is flanked on either side by earthwork banks. The earthworks are visible on aerial photographs up until 1982, although are not clearly visible after this date and may have been largely levelled.
