A possible earthwork banked feature of uncertain date and function is visible on aerial photographs of 1948, to the southeast of Burrow’s Farm. It is slightly curvilinear in form, broadly north to south aligned and is aligned parallel to moderate east facing slope. The feature is adjacent to a possible circular mound tentatively interpreted as a prehistoric barrow, although since it is uncertain how, or if, the two features are associated have been recorded as separate monuments. The possible earthwork was not, however, clearly visible in stereo or visible on other aerial photographs made available to the survey, and so some caution should be exercised.
