Hegarty, C. + Knight, S. + Sims, R., 2016-2018, The Blackdown Hills AONB and East Devon River Catchments National Mapping Programme Project (Interpretation). SDV359463.

Several curvilinear ditches, under 2 metres in width, and a short stretch of bank, or possibly lynchet to the west, are visible on images derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2014. In several places the earthworks correspond to changes in direction of field boundaries depicted on the Tithe map, and they are interpreted as the remains of field boundaries, probably of medieval date, that fell out of use prior to the mid-19th century. A curvilinear earthwork ditch just to the west has not been recorded and is probably a continuation of a drainage ditch just to the south.
