Five conjoined curvilinear boundaries, between 3 and 12 metres wide, are visible on aerial photographs taken from 1947 onwards and on images derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2014. Several correspond to field boundaries depicted on the Tithe map, and they are therefore interpreted as relict field boundaries, their curvilinear alignment suggesting a medieval date, some of which fell out of use prior to the mid-19th century.
