Two curvilinear boundaries, circa 9 metres wide, are visible on aerial photographs taken from 1947 onwards and on images derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2014. They are contiguous with or parallel to extant field boundaries of medieval character and as they do not correspond to field boundaries depicted on the Tithe map, are interpreted as the remains of medieval field boundaries that fell out of use prior to the mid-19th century.
