A substantial linear earthwork bank, circa 9 metres in width, is visible on aerial photographs taken from 1947 onwards and on images derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2014. It is contiguous with an extant boundary which it meets at its south-west end, and may be a relict medieval or perhaps post-medieval field boundary that had fallen out of use prior to the mid-19th century.
