Two circular earthwork mounds, circa 12 metres diameter, are well-defined and clearly visible on images derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2014. Their location corresponds to two pale features with very clear and substantial black borders up to 2 metres wide that are visible on Google Earth imagery captured in 2013. These are visible on aerial photographs taken the following year as indistinct darker green features. The mounds were not visible on any earlier available imagery, and it seems most likely that they are modern features dating to circa 2013.
