A curvilinear earthwork bank, up to 3.5 metres in width, was visible on aerial photographs taken from 1947 onwards and on images derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2014. It fits into the historic field pattern, which has been characterised as based on medieval strip fields, and is 14 metres from and parallel to an extant field boundary to the north. It is not depicted on the available historic mapping, and is interpreted as a relict field boundary of medieval origin, which fell out of use prior to the mid-19th century.
