Conjoined curvilinear earthwork banks, up to circa 4 metres in width, are visible on aerial photographs taken from 1947 and on images derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2014. In parts they abut and intersect with extant field boundaries that were not depicted on the historic mapping but that are visible as earthworks on the 1940s aerial photographs and are marked on the modern OS mapping. They are interpreted as relict medieval field boundaries that fell out of use prior to the mid-19th century. Only those that are not depicted on the available historic and modern mapping have been transcribed.
