A curvilinear earthwork bank, up to 4 metres in width, is visible on images derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2014. At its eastern end it terminates at a change in direction of a field boundary depicted on the Tithe map, in an area characterised as based on medieval strip fields. It is interpreted as a relict field boundary of medieval origin, and its slightness suggests that it has been spread by ploughing. As it is not depicted on the available historic mapping, it is likely to have fallen out of use prior to the mid-19th century.
