Three conjoined curvilinear earthwork ditches, up to 6 metres in width, are visible on aerial photographs taken from 1947 and on images derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2014. They fit into the field pattern depicted on the Tithe map and which has been characterised as based on medieval strip fields. The boundaries depicted on the Tithe map are also visible as earthworks of similar appearance, and all are likely to have been part of the same field system, some of which went out of use prior to the mid-19th century.
