A curvilinear earthwork ditch, circa 2 metres in width, is visible on images derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2014 and partly on aerial photographs taken from 1947. It manifests in the same way as field boundaries depicted on various historic maps from the mid-19th to early-20th century and partly corresponds to a small stub of a curvilinear field boundary that is depicted on the historic OS maps. It may continue to the north, where it is not clearly defined enough to be transcribed, and its curvilinear form suggests a medieval origin. As it is not depicted on the Tithe map it is assumed to have fallen out of use by the mid-19th century.
