Downes Farm marked comprising two adjoining yards. The larger square yard has buildings ranged around the south-west, north-west and north-east sides with a small building on the south-east side. The building on the south-west side is off-set from the north-eastern corner of the adjoinining yard which also has buildings on the north and south sides with an additional building to the west on the other side of the track. Several orchards are also depicted.
