Summary
Sword 13th to 14th century sword found in 1950 by g. Toppin. Vis=5/1/1962(os) mr. Sanders who owned the field in 1950 had no knowledge of the sword or the finder. The hedge bank running e-w immediately north of the spot indicated was bulldozed at about this time, and thought that the sword was probably found during this operation.
