Vis=18/8/1960 (os) the building is of rubble construction with plaster patching in places and the sw front rough cast. The nw end of the building of different character bears date 1713 in the gable. Ashlar chimney above is dated 1719. Two storeyed porch in centre of sw front is probably also an addition of this period. The building has an upper cruck roof construction with curved windbraces. In one of the bedrooms is a long built-in cupboard with the date 1691 painted on one of the panels (os).
