Cropmarks which have formed over a levelled bank of a possible medieval field boundary are visible on specialist oblique aerial photographs of 1980, to the east of Elysia. The linear northeast to southwest aligned cropmark closely respects the historic field patterns depicted on the Parish Tithe map of approximately 1838-48, although appears to have passed out of use by this time. The cropmarks are not visible on other aerial photographs or digital images made available to the survey.
