An earthwork mound and bank of uncertain function but likely post-medieval to modern date are visible on digital images derived from lidar data captured in 2016, to the west of Windover Farm. The prominent earthwork mound is semi-circular in shape, measures approximately 25m in length by 10m in width and is situated alongside a probable 19th century boundary along its eastern edge. The mound is not likely to be of any great age and may represent a spoil heap associated with Windover Farm. A short linear northwest to southeast aligned bank to the immediate north may represent a former post-medieval plot boundary, likewise associated with the farm. They were, nevertheless recorded should more historic remains be found within the vicinity which may offer an alternative interpretation to these earthworks. The earthworks were not clearly visible on aerial photographs or other digital images made available to the survey.
