Possible former field boundaries of between medieval to 19th century date are visible as earthwork ditch and banked features on aerial photographs of 1947 onwards, to the southwest of Little Musgrove Farm. The two field boundaries are northwest to southeast aligned and are visible as earthwork banked features, with the southern of the two additionally flanked by an earthwork ditch along its western edge. The field boundaries closely respect the historic field patterns here, although appear to have passed out of use by the time of the Ordnance Survey First Edition map of between the 1880’s-90’s. The digital Parish Tithe map is incomplete here. The earthworks are visible on digital images derived from lidar data captured in 2016.
