A possible former field boundary of between medieval to post-medieval date is visible as a slight earthwork bank on digital images derived from lidar data captured in 2016, to the west of Hugginshayes Farm. The linear boundary is north to south aligned and respects the historic field patterns depicted here on the Parish Tithe Map of approximately 1838-48, although the field boundary appears to have passed out of use by this time. An earthwork bank is also visible on lidar images to the immediate south, although since it is defined as a field boundary on historic maps was not transcribed during this survey. The earthwork bank is not visible on other aerial photographs or digital images made available to the survey.
