Plot described on Tithe Apportionment as 'Cawleys Scite of House and Orchard' (Tithe Apportionment No. 513). No building shown on Tithe Map. Site lies to northwest of Ball Lane close to buildings probably associated with Thorn Farm as shown on modern map.
