An earthwork bank of a possible post-medieval to 19th century stock pen is visible on aerial photographs of 1947 onwards and on digital images derived from lidar data captured in 2016, to the west of Rookery Farm, Upottery. The L-shaped earthwork corresponds to two field boundaries with form the north and west sides of a small square shaped enclosure which measures approximately 26m by 26m. It had evidently passed out of use by the time of the Parish Tithe map of approximately 1838-48.
