A curvilinear earthwork bank and ditch, circa 3 metres in total width, is visible on images derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2014 and less distinctly on aerial photographs taken from the 1940s onwards. It broadly fits into the surrounding field system, and is tentatively interpreted as the relict remains of a medieval field boundary bank. No features are shown in this plot of rough ground depicted on the 19th century mapping and any field boundary here presumably went out of use by the mid-19th century.
