The eastern of the two earthworks is visible.

The possible extraction pits are visible as earthwork pits.

Possible extraction pits of likely post-medieval to 19th century date are visible as earthwork pits on aerial photographs of 1982 onwards and on digital images derived from lidar data captured in 2016, to the west of Rosshayne Farm. The south-eastern of the two earthworks is sub-oval in shape and measures approximately 17m in length by 12m in width, whilst that to the north-west which is obscured by tree cover, is irregular in shape and measures approximately 20m in length by 12m in width. The earthworks are located in an area where numerous similar such features have been recorded during this survey.
