Possible former field boundaries of between medieval to post-medieval date are visible as earthwork banks on digital images derived from lidar data captured in 2016, to the south of Shutlands Farm. The linear earthworks are broadly north to south and east to west aligned and may form part of a series of field boundaries which passed out of use by the time of the Parish Tithe map of 1838-48. The earthworks were not clearly visible on aerial photographs or other digital images made available to the survey.
