A linear earthwork ditch, circa 2.5 metres in width, is visible on images derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2014. It is on the same alignment and appears to be contiguous with a field boundary to the south which is depicted on the historic mapping, and manifests in the same way as this and other removed field boundaries in the area. It is interpreted as the relict remains of a medieval field boundary bank which went out of use by the mid-19th century.
