The digital Parish Tithe map is incomplete here.

The possible field boundaries appear to have passed out of use by this time.

A possible former field boundary of between medieval to 19th century date is visible as an earthwork bank on aerial photographs of 1982 and on digital images derived from lidar data captured in 2016, to the east of Grove Well Farm. The earthwork bank is northwest to southeast aligned and is situated on gentle southeast facing slope. The digital Parish Tithe map is incomplete here, so it is not possible to determine whether this field boundary was extant by this time, although it does appear to have passed out of use by the time of the First Edition Ordnance Survey map. The Historic Landscape Characterisation project has classified this area as comprising ‘medieval enclosures based on strip fields’.
