Bluesky International, 2016, LiDAR DTM data (0.5m resolution) Blackdown Hills and East Devon AONBs: 3 transects, LIDAR ST2408 Bluesky International DTM 24 & 30-APR-2016 (Cartographic). SDV359714.
The possible extraction pit is visible as an earthwork pit.

A possible extraction pit of post-medieval to 19th century date is visible as an earthwork pit on digital images derived from lidar data captured in 2016, within Rasbeer Copse. The sub-oval shaped earthwork measures approximately 25m in length by 17m in width and is situated on steep northwest facing slope, within proximity to a number of similar such features recorded during this survey.
