The visible earthworks do not correspond with any depicted features.

Two shallow oval or circular earthwork pits or hollows approximately 10-12 metres in diameter were visible on digital images derived from lidar data as a subtle earthworks on the north-east facing slopes east of Hill View Farm, Broadhembury village. The function of the visible earthworks is unknown. They do not correspond with any features depicted on the Ordnance Survey First Edition 25inch map and might therefore predate the mid-19th century.
