A curvilinear earthwork ditch, up to 4 metres in width, is visible on aerial photographs from the 1940s and on images derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2014. No field boundaries are depicted in this location on the available historic mapping, although it is on the same alignment as a similar earthwork immediately to the north that corresponds to a field boundary depicted on the Tithe map. It is interpreted as the relict remains of a medieval or post-medieval field boundary that went out of use by the mid-19th century.
