Parallel linear earthwork banks, circa 3.5 metres in width, are visible on aerial photographs taken between the 1940s and 1970s in a plot of land depicted as orchard on the 19th century mapping. Their broadly cross-contour orientation is indicative of post-medieval or 19th century tree planting banks. Trees are visible on the 1970s aerial photographs and the orchard went out of use after this point; banks are not visible on images derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2014 and may have been substantially levelled. Cropmarks seem to have formed over the levelled remains and are visible on aerial photographs taken in 1992.
