Full description
Greeves, T., 1981, Holne Chase Tin Mine (Worksheet). SDV164361.
Site visited on 22nd April 1981. Three open mine adits relatively close to each other and immediately on west side of lowest woodland 'ride'. Driven into hillside to west. Part of Holne Chase 19th century tin mine.

Northern of three tin adits in Holne Chase probably associated with Holne Chase tin mine. This adit was not entered but has a wide portal opening. (The National Grid Reference given is SX 71367151 but Figure 2 shows it to the north of the other two adits).
