No longer extant, this row of buildings is depicted on the Tithe Map. They were pulled down in 1866 and Cator Court later built over the site. One of the cottages housed a charity-supported school from 1797 into the 19th century.

Full description
Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.
Long, narrow building depicted on the Tithe Map.

Cottages are gone by the time of this map; Cator Court has been constructed on the site.

Listed in the account books for the Widecombe and Dartmoor Charity Schools is Cator, where a school was started in 1797 under Grace Cleave. Lady Sayer records that the present Cator Court is built on the site of former labourers cottages for Cator Farm, and it is understood that the school was in one of these. These were pulled down in 1866.
