A rambling 2-storey 16th century house with alterations and additions, plastered finish. Part of ground floor contains richly carved wall beams and covered joists also believed to be carved. Evidence on first floor of open roofed hall. Roof contains old grouted slates and the house is partly slate hung.

Visited 28/6/1977. No external evidence of age save for one stone chimney. House has creeper-clad stucco walls, modern fenestration and roofing.
