Former field boundaries of medieval to 19th century date are visible as earthwork bank and ditch features on aerial photographs of 1982, to the southeast of Rowbarrow Plantation. The boundaries comprise three linear sections of earthwork bank which form a single northeast to southwest aligned field boundary, with a perpendicular ditched boundary extending from this. The banked boundary appears to respect the alignment of field boundaries at either end of the earthwork. The boundaries do not appear to be depicted on the Parish Tithe map, although the map is partly incomplete here, so appears to have passed out of use by this time. They were not clearly visible on other aerial photographs or digital images made available to the survey and have possibly since been levelled.
