Summary
An isolated enclosure sited south of the Chaw Gully tinworks on the ridge of land between Birch Tor and Challacombe, within Headland Warren. The feature was probable associated with trapping or harvesting of rabbits at the 18th-19th century warren. The enclosure has drystone walls and an approximate diamond plan covering 0.2ha. There is no visible entrance.

(18/07/2001) An isolated enclosure (E) sited south of the Chaw Gully tinworks on the ridge of land between Birch Tor and Challacombe, within Headland Warren. The feature was probable associated with trapping or harvesting of rabbits at the 18th-19th century warren (SX 68 SE 339). The enclosure has drystone walls and an approximately diamond plan covering 0.2ha. There is no visible entrance.
