An irregular bank up to 3 metres wide is visible as a zig-zag shaped earthwork on aerial photographs taken from 1947 and on images derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2014. It is not depicted on the available historic mapping but conjoins with an irregular field boundary depicted on the 19th century mapping. It is interpreted as the relict remains of a former field boundary bank of likely medieval or post-medieval origin.
