A former field boundary of potential medieval to 19th century date is visible as an earthwork ditch on digital images derived from lidar data captured in 2016, to the southeast of Highwood Farm. The linear field boundary is northeast to southwest aligned. It does not correspond with any field boundaries on the First Edition Ordnance Survey map of the late 19th century and therefore has likely passed out of use by this time. The digital Parish Tithe mosaic is incomplete here, so it is not possible to determine whether the field boundary was extant by this time.
