A possible former field boundary of potential medieval date is visible as an earthwork banked feature on digital images derived from lidar data captured in 2016, to the northeast of Percy Farm. The sinuous earthwork is northwest to southeast aligned and respects the historic field patterns of medieval enclosures based on strip fields. The field boundary appears to have passed out of use by the time of the First Edition Ordnance Survey map. The digital Parish Tithe map is incomplete here, so it is not possible to determine whether the field boundary was extant by this time.
