Cropmarks which have formed over levelled banks of possible former medieval field boundaries are visible on infra-red digital images derived from aerial photographs taken in 2007, to the west of Bodmiscombe. The two parallel and linear cropmarks are northwest to southeast aligned and generally respect the field patterns here of medieval enclosures based on strip fields. The cropmarks were not clearly visible on other aerial photographs or digital images made available to the survey and given their poor clarity should be viewed with some degree of caution.
