A clapper bridge over the Black-a-ven Brook near East Mill Tor. Classified as Medieval. It is shown on the 1883 OS 6" but first named "New Bridge" on the 1907 edition. There is no sign of split or drilled stones having been used and the structure is possibly Medieval though of unusually large size. The bridge is in good condition and still called "New Bridge". A drill-split slab, probably a repair, now forms part of the decking on the western half of the structure.
