A probable earthwork bank, enclosing a rectilinear area of 28 metres across, is visible on images derived from lidar data captured in 2016. It is located in mixed woodland at Widworthy and trees obscure the ground surface on the available aerial photographs. Interpretation is therefore tentative; it is possible that this feature is part of the designed landscape, perhaps a tree enclosure of post-medieval date, but could pre-date the establishment of the parkland.
