Three or four linear earthwork banks were visible as earthworks.

Hegarty, C. + Knight, S. + Sims, R., 2016-2018, The Blackdown Hills AONB and East Devon River Catchments National Mapping Programme Project (Interpretation). SDV359463.

Three or four linear banks up to 5 metres wide were visible on aerial photographs of 1946 and digital images derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2014 as earthworks defining rectilinear fields or plots to the south of Plymtree village, Plymtree parish.
One of the banks might correspond with a boundary depicted on the Tithe Map for Plymtree, separating plots 486 and 487 (New Orchard and Furze Park Orchard, associated with Tyes Farm), but the accuracy of the mapping was not sufficient for a confident identification.
Nontheless, the banks were broadly in keeping with the historic character of the surrounding field pattern and have been interpreted as the remains of former field boundaries probably of post-medieval origin, that were removed prior to the mid-19th century. The banks were probably associated with banks associated with orchard planting and drainage, recorded separately as MDV118293.
