A curvilinear bank is visible as an earthwork on images derived from lidar data captured in 2016. It is not depicted on the available historic mapping, but its eastern end seems to correspond to a dog-leg in the field boundary depicted on the late-19th century OS map. It is interpreted as the remains of a medieval field boundary that probably became disused by the mid-19th century.
