Cropmarks which have formed over levelled banks of former medieval to 19th century field boundaries are visible on aerial photographs of 1989, to the northwest of Knightshayne Farm. The two contiguous field boundaries are broadly north to south and east to west aligned. The east to west aligned boundary is extant on the Ordnance Survey First Edition map of the 1880’s-90’s, whilst that aligned north to south appears to have passed out of use by this time. The cropmarks are not clearly visible on other aerial photographs or digital images made available to the survey.
