A possible prehistoric barrow is visible as an earthwork mound on digital images derived from lidar data captured in 2016, to the northwest of Watchford Farm, Yarcombe. It is situated on the crest of a prominent ridge, in the immediate vicinity of three other possible barrows to the northeast.

Bluesky International, 2016, LiDAR DTM data (0.5m resolution) Blackdown Hills and East Devon AONBs: 3 transects, LIDAR ST2211 Bluesky International DTM 30-APR-2016 & 04-MAY-2016 (Cartographic). SDV359714.

An oval shaped earthwork mound is visible.

A possible prehistoric barrow is visible as an earthwork mound on digital images derived from lidar data captured in 2016, to the northwest of Watchford Farm, Yarcombe. The oval shaped mound measures approximately 24m in length by 19m in width and is situated on the crest of a prominent ridge, in the immediate vicinity of three other possible barrows to the northeast. The earthwork is not clearly visible on aerial photographs or other digital images made available to the survey.
