Summary
Farmstead depicted on 19th century mapping. The courtyard of farm buildings is late 17th century in origin, although much rebuilt in the 19th century. The farmhouse is dated 1876 and is an important example of early brick building in Devon (see associated monuments).

Two buildings shown to the north of the church.

Harris's Farm marked, comprising ranges of buildings around a courtyard with additional buildings to the west and south-west sides. Comparison with the Tithe Map shows the famstead to have been enlarged.
