Full description
Charbonnier, T., 1906 - 1907, North Devon Pottery (Article in Serial). SDV336445.
An elongated jar, probably a Roman amphora, was taken from the bed of the River Torridge at Appledore.

Probably a duplication of PRN 21590 a 17th century Spanish amphora.
