Earthwork banks of probable post-medieval to 19th century date are visible on aerial photographs of 1946 and 1950, to the west of Marsh Green. The earthworks, which are north to south aligned and occupy an area of approximately 0.44 hectares of south facing slope, may represent the remains of woodland planting banks, the banks providing improved drainage and increased soil depth for the trees. The earthwork banks are not visible on aerial photographs after 1950, or recent digital images and their survival is uncertain. The site is currently occupied by the woodland of Foxes Plantation.
