Interconnected curvilinear earthwork banks are visible on aerial photographs taken in 1947 and on images derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2014. They manifest in a similar way to relict field boundaries that are depicted on the Tithe map and one segment appears to be a continuation of a boundary depicted on the late-19th century OS map. They are interpreted as the relict remains of former medieval or post-medieval field boundaries that fell out of use by the mid-19th century.
